In honour of Annemarie Findel-Mast’s 100th birthday, the Jägermeister Volunteering Day was established on 19 March 2021. The daughter of the Jägermeister inventor Curt Mast was the majority shareholder of the company for almost four decades. Nature fascinated her as much as culture, art and painting. In 2003 she joined forces with the Curt Mast Jägermeister Foundation in Wolfenbüttel to promote the region’s social and cultural assets.
In her spirit, more than 380 employees worldwide in the Wolfenbüttel region, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, China, India and South America took part in the third Jägermeister Volunteering Day in 2023. More than 30 ecological, social and cultural projects were able to be supported in this way.
